In your position as a Home Administrator at HC-One, you will be the backbone of our care home's administrative systems and processes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Home Manager in effectively running services, ensuring the smooth operation of our home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative systems and processes to perfection.
- Maintain impeccable financial records and prepare reports.
- Administer the Time & Attendance system and process payroll and HR information.
- Ensure Resident wellbeing is always at the forefront of your work.
Requirements:
- IT and Administration qualification, such as ECDL.
- Admin or secretarial support experience in a busy office.
