**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Head of UK Marketing and Customer Service, you will be responsible for the execution of regional marketing initiatives within the UK, with an emphasis on driving consumer demand, execution of the marketing plan and assisting with local pro staff, media partners, retailers, and social media contributions.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- With the wider team, planning and executing a range of local marketing projects.
- Supporting the Head of UK Marketing and Customer Service with general day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Liaising with local media partners and organising advertisement inclusion and product reviews.
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of our regional pro staff team to ensure that key messages are communicated, and they are allocated to various projects, shows and retail open door days.
- Posting on selected key brand social media channels in line with marketing strategy.
- Supporting the Sales team by forming strong relationships with leading retailers to support them with in-store marketing, e-marketing, and assisting with SMU projects.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of in-store marketing initiatives within the UK with responsibility for ordering POS.
- Assisting with coordinating product testing and gathering feedback on new products with responsibility for the delivery of samples.
- Assisting with the organisation and execution of shows.

**Role Requirements**:

- A graduate in a business or marketing related degree is preferred, or a proven track record of relevant work experience.
- A minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience in business, preferably in a marketing role.
- Being an avid angler with knowledge of the local fishing market is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to deliver business results against key performance targets is essential.
- The ability to work effectively to tight deadlines with a busy workload is essential.
- A strong team player, good communication skills, and able to build solid relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
