Key Responsibilities:
As a Home Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative systems and processes to ensure the smooth and effective running of our care home. This will include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and administering the Time & Attendance system and processing payroll and HR information. You will work closely with our Home Manager to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standard.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with excellent IT and administration skills, as well as experience in a busy office environment. You will need to have a good understanding of Microsoft Office and be able to manage your time effectively. Beyond that, it's all about your positive energy and ability to get along with people. You will be considerate and kind in all your interactions, whether with residents or colleagues.
