About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Sustainability Administrator to join our environmental team at ZipRecruiter. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a vital role in collating, analysing, and reporting data to drive improvement across our sustainability pillars.

Responsibilities:

  • Collate data across all sites within specified time frames.
  • Support sustainability activities by facilitating and reporting improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain sustainability roadmaps.
  • Analyse and report data to produce monthly, quarterly, and annual sustainability reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct GHG inventory analysis using carbon accounting software.
  • Identify data quality issues and improve data capture efficiency.
  • Liaise with business entities to support sustainability objectives.
  • Provide expertise on reporting frameworks and data systems.
  • Develop sustainability assessment tools and dashboards.
  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives.
  • Internal environmental auditing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous data analysis and reporting experience.
  • Ability to analyse complex data sets and present findings.
  • Passion for sustainability and the environment.
  • MS Office applications skills.
