Business Support Lead

**Location**: Thame, Oxfordshire (office-based)
**Hours**: 9:00am - 5:30pm from Monday - Friday (full-time)
**Job Purpose**
Reporting to Gemma Margetson, you will lead our small Business Support Team to deliver high quality proactive Business Support to The Russell Partnership Collection. Responsibility for the coordination and management of facilities, governance and compliance, H&S and administrative support across the business.

**Office Environment**
Russell Partnership Collection are based at a serene Grade II* Listed Tithe Barn in the market town of Thame, Oxfordshire. Tithe Barn is a historical monument of the local area with over 500 years of history. Tithe Barn benefits from a private car park, gardens, and outdoor paddock for exclusive team use. Tithe Barn houses two modern and refurbished open-plan offices, private meetings rooms and a communal kitchen/dining area. The countryside is a 2-minute walk, offering opportunities for outdoor breaks, and a 5-minute walk from the high-street.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage Business Support team
- Proactively strive to develop and optimise Business Support processes and procedures
- Proactively manage, maintain, and optimise business infrastructure including Telecoms
- Oversea facilities & office management
- Oversea Associate onboarding and administration
- Appropriately delegate tasks across the Business Support team
- Coordinate and manage external support specialists / advisors
- Manage compliance including GDPR and Cyber Security across the business
- H&S management
- Undertake induction / new starter requirements and appropriate paperwork / administration
- Support the creation, development and maintenance of professional proposals, reports and presentations
- Provide project support as needed
