**Location**:Hybrid working. Expectation to be in Head Office based in Thame, Oxfordshire twice a week With flexibility to increase the number of days in the office if the demand for working in the office increases and there is a need for someone onsite to support colleagues

**Hours**: Flexible, 37.5 hours a week

**Salary**: £45k - £50k per annum + our competitive benefits package (details below)

**Role overview**:
Reporting into the IT Operations and Security Manager, this role is to support colleagues by ensuring the technology they use is fit for purpose, reliable, operational, and secure. As well as resolving any IT issues, the role requires a mix of hands-on technical expertise, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, self-management & task prioritisation. You will be required to maintain a high level of technical competency in a broad spectrum of End User Computing technologies, being proficient with the solutions we already have, as well as understanding the limitations of these solutions, and where required you will be competent in exploring, testing and rolling out new solutions to meet evolving business needs.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Management of our End User Computing estate:

- Ongoing support of existing solutions and hardware, including user devices and office IT equipment
- Ownership of new product onboarding and management of existing contracts and renewals
- Ongoing review of existing solutions and proactive deployment of new technology and services to meet business objectives
- Provide excellent service to colleagues and third parties:

- Ownership of the IT Service Desk, including delegation of tasks to junior colleagues
- Promotion of appropriate technology to support business objectives
- Provide colleague training as required Maintain documentation of internal systems and processes

**Skills/Experience required**:

- Must have experience managing Microsoft products and services, including O365, Intune, Windows Autopilot, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Defender
- Must be experienced in managing EUC hardware and software: Windows & Apple laptops, Apple iPhone
- Must have demonstratable experience maintaining security processes, technical and non-technical, across the EUC estate. Experience of standards, such as Cyber Essentials+, a benefit
- Must be able to work independently within a busy environment, managing priorities and delegating work to junior colleagues as required
- Experience of Atlassian service desk would be beneficial
