Your Role

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging SME clients, working end-to-end to build connections, understand their travel needs, and convert leads into loyal accounts through platforms like LinkedIn Navigator and proactive outreach.

About the Job

This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and driving results in a fast-paced environment. You will use industry insights and strategic targeting to support new hotel launches and high-demand locations, helping us grow our market share.

What We Offer

Our competitive salary package includes a base salary of £30,000 per annum, with commission of up to 20% based on performance. Additionally, you can enjoy hybrid working arrangements, 50% personal discount on hotel bookings, contributory pension scheme, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, annual bonus, life assurance cover, and a focus on learning and career development.
