Purpose:
To be responsible for all Planning, administrative and customer liaison requirements for their assigned Project. Ensuring Total Mobile is always up to date and all data inputted is accurate to enable accurate reporting. The role is hybrid working from the office in Thame.

**Requirements**:

- To log all new jobs onto Total Mobile.
- Resident contact to arrange Validation Surveys and Post Inspection Surveys.
- Allocating relevant job codes to Site Managers for Validation and Post Inspection Surveys.
- Responding to Client queries regarding access to properties.
- Generate letters to Residents at various points of the job workflow.
- Provide Admin support to the Disrepairs Team,
- Raise purchase orders as instructed.
- Attend Client meetings as requested

Criteria:

- Experience within a similar role
- Strong experience of working within a fast moving environment delivering a high quality and robust delivery service
- Experience of updating Total Mobile or other Works Management System
- Experience of working within a customer facing environment
- Able to demonstrate an awareness and understanding of equality issues
- Able to read and understand instructions
- Ability to work without direct supervision dealing with emergencies and difficult situations in a calm and effective manner; be well organised and prioritise own workload
- Able to develop and present written information in a clear and concise manner
- Relevant Admin qualification or proven experience
- Be self-motivated
- Effective communicator
- Well organised and methodical approach to completing tasks
- Customer focus on reaching resolutions to issues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,309.65-£25,050.56 per year
