About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our Commerce Partnerships Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and fostering innovation through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and translate market opportunities and challenges into a well-defined strategy aimed at accelerating the growth of our ecosystem in EMEA.
- Be the strategic advisor to our partner's business growth to accelerate long-term revenue and future-proof the strategic direction of the partner.
- Prospect and consult with developers across EMEA to build an innovative partner ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence partner product development efforts, including both shorter-term feature requests and long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Drive product adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing marketing products, especially those that leverage APIs and other advanced technology.
Requirements:
- 8 years of client-facing experience in partner management, account management, or technical sales.
- Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills, including multitasking to lead and execute multiple projects in parallel.
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives in close partnership with cross-functional teams and drive execution.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building strong functional relationships based on trust and respect.
- Self-starter, proven ability to shift priorities quickly and act proactively, while maintaining organization and focus on key priorities.
- Experience in using data to come up with executive summaries and business cases that drive decision-making and investments.
