Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement labor management processes to ensure optimal resource allocation and minimize overtime costs
  • Collaborate with agency providers to manage holiday schedules and communicate with staff
  • Lead a team of 3 direct reports, providing coaching, development opportunities, and regular feedback
  • Support training plans to mitigate any skills issues and deliver ongoing training to meet productivity goals
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to senior management
