About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of stylists to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in our store. This will involve coaching and supporting team members to achieve sales targets and providing leadership to ensure a consistently excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of stylists to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management and visual merchandising
- Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
- Manage people matters, including performance management and attendance
- Create and implement floor plans and rotas to ensure the store is set up for success
Requirements
- Proven leadership and management experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve sales targets
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive sales growth
- Ability to manage people matters, including performance management and attendance
- Basic knowledge of visual merchandising and stock management
