We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at AllSaints. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team of stylists.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of stylists to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
