We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at AllSaints. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading and developing a high-performing team, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of stylists to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for growth
- Ability to work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing priorities
