We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at AllSaints. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading and developing a high-performing team, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of stylists to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve store objectives and KPIs
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Work closely with the specialist customer experience team leaders to manage team KPIs and SLAs for online customer support
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth
- Knowledge of fashion industry trends and best practices
