Regional Finance Business Partner

Fresh People is seeking a highly skilled Regional Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for supporting the branches' business performance, providing commercial analysis, and identifying risks and opportunities for each business.

The Role
  • Provide timely financial information and analysis to stakeholders, including weekly and monthly P&L reporting, monthly and quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, variance analysis, KPIs, and benchmarking.
  • Support the Branch Managers in delivering business performance variances, identifying risks and opportunities to ensure branches can deliver against targets.
  • Provide insight into customer and sales team performance, ensuring strong financial controls are in place across all branches.
  • Collaborate with the central finance team to produce the monthly Management Accounts and all central reporting.
  • Develop and evaluate business cases, including capital expenditure proposals.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 2 years of CIMA or ACCA post-qualification experience, preferably gained within Fresh Produce, FMCG, or Logistics Industries with multi-site experience in a product-led environment. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead process improvements and change management.
