Regional Finance Business Partner - Home Based

Fresh People is seeking a highly skilled Regional Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for supporting the branches' business performance, providing commercial analysis, and identifying risks and opportunities for each business.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with 2 years of CIMA or ACCA post-qualification experience. Experience gained within Fresh Produce, FMCG, or Logistics Industries with multi-site experience in a product-led environment is preferred. You will be required to lead process improvements and change management, preferably with system development and implementation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely financial information and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly P&L reporting, monthly and quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, variance analysis, KPIs, and benchmarking.
  • Support Branch Managers in identifying risks and opportunities to ensure branches can deliver against targets.
  • Provide insight into customer and sales team performance.
  • Produce the monthly Management Accounts and all central reporting, working in collaboration with the central finance team.
  • Develop and evaluate business cases, including capital expenditure proposals.
  • Ensure strong financial controls are in place across all branches.
  • Support the Financial Controller as required through analysis and project activity.
