Job Title: Regional Finance Business Partner

About the Role:
Fresh People is seeking a highly skilled Regional Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a Regional Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the branches' business performance, providing commercial analysis, identifying risks and opportunities for each business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide weekly and monthly P&L reporting, monthly and quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, variance analysis & KPI's & benchmarking
* Provide commercial support to the Branch Managers focusing on business performance variances, identifying risks and opportunities to ensure branches can deliver against targets
* Provide insight into customer and sales team performance
* Overall responsibility to produce the monthly Management Accounts and all central reporting working in collaboration with the central finance team
* Production and evaluation of business cases including capital expenditure proposals
* Ensure that strong financial controls are in place across all branches
* Support the Financial Controller as required through analysis and project activity

Requirements:
* 2 years CIMA or ACCA post-qualified experience
* Experience gained within Fresh Produce, FMCG or Logistics Industries with multi-site experience in a product-led environment
* System development & implementation skills
* Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
