Job Title: Commercial Finance Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Accountant to join our team at Pertemps Network Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to various departments, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day running of the Finance team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide management accounting services to various departments, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Manage monthly KPIs, performance reporting to the new homes team, and quarterly performance reporting.
  • Prepare statutory accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the production of the annual business plan process, providing financial insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Experience using complex accounting systems, including financial planning and analysis tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and ability to prepare statutory accounts.
  • Capable of working under pressure, prioritizing effectively, and delivering to tight deadlines with good attention to detail.
  • Relevant Finance/Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience, educated to degree level.
  • A positive attitude and approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
