Finance Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join our Finance team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This role offers the chance to lead the day-to-day operations of the Finance team and provide essential management accounting services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Finance team's daily operations and provide management accounting services to key divisional managers.
  • Prepare quarterly performance reports for the Committee and ensure accurate and timely financial information is available to support decision-making.
  • Develop and implement financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Finance/Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience.
  • Proficiency in using and manipulating complex accounting systems.
  • Experience in report writing and presenting financial information to non-financial individuals.
  • Extensive use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, in a business environment.
