Management Accountant - Development Finance

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our Development Finance team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing a management accounting service to various departments, managing monthly KPIs and performance reporting, and preparing statutory accounts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the day-to-day running of the Finance team
* Provide a management accounting service to various departments
* Manage monthly KPIs and performance reporting to the new homes team
* Prepare statutory accounts
* Key role in the production of the annual business plan process

**Requirements:**

* Experience using complex accounting systems
* Ability to prepare statutory accounts
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications in a business environment, particularly Excel
* Capable of working under pressure, prioritizing effectively, and delivering to tight deadlines with good attention to detail
* Relevant Finance/Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience
