Job Description

We are currently working in partnership with a leading Housing Association to appoint a Financial Manager to join the Development Finance team on a fixed-term contract.

This will be a full-time position with flexible working arrangements and a competitive salary of £44,100 - £49,000 per annum (FTE).

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accounting professional with previous experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Development Finance Team
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including management accounts and statutory accounts
  • Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement financial planning and performance reporting

Requirements:

  • CCAB qualified or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience with complex accounting systems

Benefits:

  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Competitive salary and benefits package

Working Hours:

  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
