Job Title: Management Accountant - Development Finance

Location: Exeter

Salary: From: £44,149 To: £49,054 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our Development Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing a management accounting service to various departments, leading the day-to-day running of the Finance team, and managing monthly KPIs and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a management accounting service to various departments
  • Lead the day-to-day running of the Finance team
  • Manage monthly KPIs and performance reporting
  • Prepare statutory accounts
  • Key role in the production of the annual business plan process

Requirements:

  • Experience using complex accounting systems
  • Ability to prepare statutory accounts
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications in a business environment, particularly Excel
  • Capable of working under pressure, prioritizing effectively, and delivering to tight deadlines with good attention to detail
  • Relevant Finance/Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience
