Sales and Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales and Operations Coordinator at SABizz LTD, you will lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective coaching, training, and performance evaluation.
Ensure that all customers receive excellent service by setting high standards and resolving any customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of IT products and Services to assist customers and sales associates.
Collaborate with the Social Media Marketing Manager to increase sales through digital channels.
Train and develop a high-performing sales team. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales performance.
Ensure that all company policies, procedures, and safety standards are consistently followed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Relevant diploma/degree in the same field with minimum 2 years of experience.
Proven experience in IT Retail Sales Management, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
Deep knowledge of IT products and Services.
Strong Leadership and Team Management abilities.
Ability to Analyse sales data and implement strategies for improvement.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £39,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
