Clinical Psychologist for Personality Disorder Service

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a CBT/DBT Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering third-wave CBT psychological therapies to individuals with difficulties consistent with a personality disorder.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist assessments and interventions for clients with difficulties consistent with a personality disorder.
- Offer a range of psychological therapy models of treatment to clients with difficulties consistent with a personality disorder.
- Provide consultation and advice to members of your team and other teams on psychological therapy models of understanding of personality disorder.
- Participate in the ongoing development of service policies and procedures to ensure a safe and effective service.
Person Specification
- BABCP accreditation (may be provisional).
- Previous experience of working in the NHS or other large organisation.
- Understanding of the needs and difficulties of people with personality disorder.
- Experience of developing and sustaining partnership working with individuals and across organisations.
