Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our team in Staffordshire/West Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of social workers to deliver excellent practice and high-quality services.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship). You must have experience within Children's Social Work post qualification while having an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of social workers to deliver excellent practice and high-quality services
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve outcomes for children and families
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve shared goals and objectives
