Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in the classroom, assisting with lesson planning and delivery
- Work with students who have additional learning needs, providing individualized support and guidance
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and school staff
- Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current DBS or be willing to process one
- EWC Registration
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for assisting others
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
- Previous experience in childcare and ALN is preferred, but not required
