Teaching Assistant Role in Hereford

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teaching assistant to support day-to-day, short-term, and long-term positions for schools across Hereford and its surrounding areas.

As a teaching assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide educational support to students with additional learning needs. Your role will involve assisting with lesson planning, preparing materials, and providing one-on-one support to students.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be proactive, attentive, and able to take initiative. Previous experience in working with additional learning needs is preferred, but not essential. We offer free online training and a referral scheme to support your professional development.

  • Prepare materials and resources for lessons
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents

Requirements:

  • Hold a current DBS or be willing to process one
