About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Social Worker to join our team in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child protection legislation and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £40,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include access to a range of social care jobs nationwide, a DBS compliance service, and a quick and easy registration process.

Key Responsibilities
  • To work closely with children and young people who are looked after by the local authority, providing emotional support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • To assess the needs of children and young people, develop and implement plans to meet those needs, and monitor progress.
  • To work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cases, including progress notes and outcome reports.
Requirements
  • SWE Registration
  • 5 years post qualifying experience within the social care industry.
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
