About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled practitioner to join our team in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with children and young people who are looked after by the local authority, providing emotional support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000-£65,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include access to a range of social care jobs nationwide, a DBS compliance service, and a quick and easy registration process.

Key Responsibilities
  • To work closely with children and young people who are looked after by the local authority, providing emotional support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • To assess the needs of children and young people, develop and implement plans to meet those needs, and monitor progress.
  • To work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cases, including progress notes and outcome reports.
Requirements
  • SWE Registration
  • 5 years post qualifying experience within the social care industry.
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
