Job Title: Nursery Staff Member

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Staff Member to join our team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children under the age of 5 years.

Main Responsibilities:
• Provide general daily care routines, including feeding, drinks, toileting, and dressing.
• Plan and deliver play activities, including storytelling, singing, and music sessions, as well as crafts and creativity projects.
• Maintain accurate records and liaise with parents to ensure effective communication.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide a safe, clean, and tidy environment for children.
• Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
• A level 3 certificate in Childcare and Education or equivalent.
• Up-to-date training in Child Protection, First Aid, Food Safety, and Inclusion awareness.
• Evidence of continued professional development.
• Previous experience in childcare, preferably in a nursery or pre-school setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
