Your key objective will be to deliver 14 successful shifts with the team, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. Your excellent supervision skills will drive this success.

As a leader, you will set a high pace for the team, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail. You will make it your mission for your Lounge to be the local community's top destination. This role requires dedication and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or an exceptional front of house team member
  • Experience working in a bar environment, serving freshly made food and drinks preparation
  • A natural talent and passion for hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work at pace with limited supervision
  • Strong knowledge of best practice in sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR, and NPS
