About the role
Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a skilled Lodge Manager to join our team at Blenheim Lodge in Amersham, Bucks. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, ensuring their comfort and well-being in our retirement development.
The ideal candidate will have a background in administration and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Lodge, including coordinating activities, managing contractors, and ensuring the maintenance of the property.
This is a varied and interesting role that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. You will be reporting to the Area Manager and will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our Home Owners.
About you
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, with a friendly and approachable personality. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
You will have previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, and will be able to administer the maintenance of the site effectively. This position is ideally suited to people with experience of similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors.
