Deputy Camp Manager - OCTOBER HALF TERM
At Camp Beaumont, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Camp Manager to join our management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for children. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting our team to deliver exceptional day camp programs and ensuring the well-being of all our young camp members.
About the Role:
As a Camp Beaumont Deputy Camp Manager, you will support the Camp Manager in running a multi-activity day camp for 3 to 14-year-olds during summer and school holiday weekdays. You will provide essential support to the Camp Manager, ensuring staff members are fully equipped to deliver exceptional and fun experiences for the children. Working with the management team, you will contribute to the overall success of our camps, leaving a positive impact on young campers' lives and creating cherished, lasting memories.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is over 18 years old, available to work during the school holidays, and a UK/EU citizen with the right to work in the UK. You should have experience working in a childcare setting and managing a small team. You should possess bags of energy and enthusiasm, be passionate about working with children, and have initiative and the ability to work independently. High-level safeguarding awareness is essential, and paediatric first aid is desirable. A level 3 childcare qualification or PGCE is also desirable.
