Camp Manager - Camp Beaumont

As a Camp Manager at Camp Beaumont, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for children. You will be at the heart of our camp operations, guiding and supporting our team to deliver exceptional day camp programs and ensuring the well-being of all our young camp members.

About the Role:

As a Camp Manager, you will be responsible for leading a multi-activity day camp for children aged 3-14 during school holidays. You will be the person that everyone at camp looks to for motivation, support, and direction. This requires knowledge and experience working within a childcare setting and managing small teams.

About You:

We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for working with children. You should be over 18 years old, available to work during school holidays, and a UK/EU citizen with the right to work in the UK. Previous experience working in a childcare setting and managing a small team is essential.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a childcare setting and managing small teams
  • Ability to communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
  • High level of safeguarding awareness
  • Paediatric first aid is desirable
  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare (early years, QTS/PGCE) or studying towards a relevant childcare qualification
