About the Role:

Camp Beaumont is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Camp Manager to lead and deliver our award-winning day camp programs for children. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our team to create unforgettable experiences for our young camp members.

About You:

We are looking for someone with a passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will have experience working in a childcare setting and managing small teams, with a high level of safeguarding awareness and a Level 3 qualification in Childcare (early years, QTS/ PGCE) or studying towards a relevant childcare qualification.
