The Role:

As a General Manager at Loungers, you will lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage labour costs, stock levels, and other operational expenses to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene throughout the lounge
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive improvement
Requirements

To succeed as a General Manager at Loungers, you will need:

  • A proven track record of leadership and management experience in a similar industry or sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety, employment law, and data protection
