This role involves targeting new business opportunities and managing account activities within the dispensing doctor sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining and developing new business in this sector by selling directly to pharmacies, GP surgeries, and hospitals via phone calls. Additionally, they will work with accounts that are not currently trading to attempt to secure business.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Proactively contacting customers to maintain and grow their accounts
- Assisting in resolving customer queries, including complaints when required
- Generating and calculating tenders for accounts
- Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction and performance
