Job Description
">This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care to residents. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement care plans that cater to the individual needs of residents.

Responsibilities
">- ">
- Deliver person-centred care to meet the unique needs of each resident, promoting their dignity and comfort at all times.">
- Administer medications and conduct regular health assessments to monitor the well-being of residents.">
- Mentor and support care staff, fostering a positive team environment that promotes excellent care delivery.">
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement care plans that cater to the individual needs of residents.">
- Work a rotation of day and night shifts, with alternate weekends required.">
Requirements and Qualifications
">- ">
- Hold a valid NMC Pin and be registered as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).">
- Prior experience in a residential, nursing, or dementia care setting is preferred.">
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering patient-centred care.">
- Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently.">
