Accommodation and Reservations Coordinator

The Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Accommodation and Reservations Coordinator to join a prestigious Oxford College on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected institution and contribute to the success of their hospitality operations. As an Accommodation and Reservations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the college's accommodation and reservations systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the college's accommodation and reservations systems, including room allocations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to develop and implement policies and procedures that improve efficiency and productivity in the department.
Requirements:
- A degree in hospitality or a related field is essential.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a college or university setting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
