Resident Support Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to manage resident support services at night as a Resident Support Manager at Kentford Manor, a luxury care home in Suffolk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee resident support services to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and families.
- Lead and supervise the resident support team to deliver exceptional care.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to maintain resident safety and well-being.
- Work closely with the leadership team to develop services that meet resident needs.
About This Role:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential.
- You should be well-organised, IT literate, and able to allocate and delegate work effectively.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise others, with a good understanding of care planning processes.
- You should be experienced in administering medication or willing to undertake training.
