Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and caring individual to join our care team as a Care Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and contribute to their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance with daily living tasks, including personal care and mobility support
• Help residents maintain their independence by supporting them with daily activities and tasks
• Collaborate with other care team members to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Engage with residents and encourage them to participate in activities and hobbies

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a care setting or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of care principles and practices
