Care UK is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and nutrition to our residents.
Your primary responsibility will be to support our chefs and cooks in preparing nutritious meals, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
You will work closely with the kitchen team to maintain efficient operations, manage inventory, and implement health and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and serving of meals in accordance with dietary requirements and preferences.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus, order supplies, and manage inventory.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety protocols.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience.
