Concierge Team Member

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest service experiences? We are seeking a skilled Concierge to join our team at Fable Christchurch Hotel. As a key member of the Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcoming guests and assisting with luggage and parking
- Answering guest queries and making recommendations for tours, activities, and restaurants
- Dealing with challenging situations and special requests in a professional manner
- Maintaining and sharing brand standards with the Concierge team
- Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- New Zealand citizenship, residency, or a current valid work permit
- Fully physically able to lift and carry luggage
- Full New Zealand Driver's License, able to drive both manual and automatic

We offer an estimated salary range of $NZD 55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
