Head of Risk and Digital Legal Delivery

Jameson Legal is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our risk management efforts in the digital legal delivery space, with a focus on GenAI.
This is a unique opportunity to join a leading international law firm and shape the future of risk management in the legal industry.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to the firm's digital legal delivery operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain a comprehensive GenAI policy, ensuring alignment with the firm's risk appetite.
- Identify and address emerging risks associated with GenAI and other digital technologies, providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders.
- Support the development of risk-based decision-making frameworks for GenAI-related projects, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving laws, regulations, and best practices related to GenAI and emerging technologies, providing strategic guidance to the firm.
- Minimum 5 years of PQE in a common law jurisdiction, with a strong background in new and emerging technologies and digital transformation.
- Proven experience in developing laws, regulations, and best practices related to GenAI, with a keen interest in staying ahead of the curve.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and regulatory issues.
- Broad non-contentious experience, with a focus on risk management and compliance.
