Job Summary

Jameson Legal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Risk, Digital Legal Delivery and GenAI. This is a full-time position based at our London office.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we continue to innovate and expand our services in the digital legal space. As Head of Risk, you will be responsible for ensuring that our actions and processes are aligned with our strategic objectives and minimize material legal risk.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage Risk Across the Firm's Global Network
  • Develop and Implement GenAI Policy
  • Identify and Mitigate Risks in Business Functions and Digital Projects
  • Provide Guidance on GenAI-Related Issues
  • Ensure Compliance with Emerging Technologies
  • Support Senior Leaders in Risk-Based Decision Making

Requirements

  • Technically Astute Lawyer with Experience in Emerging Technologies
  • Awareness of Legislative Change and Its Applicability to Lawyers
  • Minimum 5 Years' PQE; Qualified in a Common Law Jurisdiction
  • Broad Non-Contentious Experience Preferred
