About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to join our team at AJ FOX COMPLIANCE as a Head of GenAI. This is a unique opportunity to shape the firm's approach to GenAI and emerging technologies, while supporting risk management and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Risk Assessment Processes: Design and implement effective risk assessment processes and policies to ensure the firm's GenAI initiatives are aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure Compliance with Evolving Tech Laws: Stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory developments and ensure the firm's GenAI activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Advisory and Support Role: Provide expert advice to senior leaders on GenAI-related matters, supporting decision-making and risk management.
  • GenAI Guidance and Solutions: Guide teams on GenAI-related issues, proposing solutions to navigate risks effectively and drive business growth.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks related to business functions and digital projects, ensuring the firm's GenAI initiatives are secure and compliant.
Requirements

We are looking for a tech-savvy lawyer with:

  • At least 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Strong regulatory insight and a practical, commercially-minded approach
  • Demonstrable experience in GenAI and emerging technologies
