About the Role
We are recruiting for a unique, dynamic role that will support risk management and help drive the firm's strategic approach to GenAI and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy lawyer with strong regulatory insight and a practical, commercially-minded approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement risk assessment processes and policies regarding GenAI to ensure the firm's compliance with evolving tech laws.
- Advise on internal risk management and support senior leaders in decision-making to mitigate risks related to business functions and digital projects.
- Guide teams on GenAI-related issues, proposing solutions to navigate risks effectively and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for GenAI adoption, ensuring alignment with the firm's overall business objectives.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years of PQE with a strong background in regulatory law and GenAI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and regulatory issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, teams, and stakeholders.
- A commercially-minded approach, with a deep understanding of the firm's business objectives and the ability to drive strategic decision-making.
