Job Title: Head of GenAI

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to lead our GenAI initiatives and ensure compliance with evolving tech laws.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of legal and technological integration within a leading international law firm. As Head of GenAI, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk assessment processes and policies, ensuring compliance with tech laws, and advising on internal risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk assessment processes and policies regarding GenAI
  • Ensure compliance with evolving tech laws and regulations
  • Advise on internal risk management and support senior leaders in decision-making
  • Guide teams on GenAI-related issues and propose solutions to navigate risks effectively
  • Mitigate risks related to business functions and digital projects

Requirements:

We are looking for a tech-savvy lawyer with 5+ years of PQE, strong regulatory insight, and a practical, commercially-minded approach. You will have demonstrable experience in GenAI-related issues and be able to propose solutions to navigate risks effectively.
