About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GenAI Specialist to join our team at Motorway. As a key member of our AI innovation team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge GenAI solutions that drive business growth and improve user experience.

As a Senior GenAI Specialist, you will work closely with our Head of Machine Learning and stakeholders across the business to understand their requirements and priorities. You will develop end-to-end AI solutions that solve real problems, shape and develop Motorway's GenAI strategy, and work across the organisation to run workshops and upskill colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing GenAI solutions that add real value to our business
  • Translating business needs into technical requirements and solution architecture
  • Building and consuming API services in Python using FastAPI or similar
  • Working with LLM frameworks such as langchain, autochain, haystack, griptape, and others
  • Architecting performant microservices with serverless architecture
  • Evaluating performance of LLMs for different use cases
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop lasting, scalable implementations of GenAI

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience developing GenAI solutions that add real value
  • Self-sufficient ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solution architecture
  • Strong expertise with prompt engineering and advanced LLM concepts
  • Expertise building and consuming API services in Python
  • Experience with LLM frameworks and cloud technologies
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and project leadership
