Senior GenAI Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GenAI Specialist to join our team at Motorway. As a key member of our AI innovation team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our Generative AI strategy and developing end-to-end AI solutions that drive business value.
As a Senior GenAI Specialist, you will work closely with our Head of Machine Learning and stakeholders across the business to understand their requirements and prioritize their needs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing AI solutions that meet our unique business requirements, and for helping to upskill our colleagues in AI-related skills.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing AI solutions that drive business value
- Working with stakeholders to understand their requirements and prioritize their needs
- Helping to shape and develop Motorway's Generative AI strategy
- Upskilling colleagues in AI-related skills
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior GenAI Specialist who has a strong background in developing Generative AI solutions. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality AI solutions that meet business needs, and a strong understanding of the latest developments in AI.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Demonstrable experience developing Generative AI solutions that add real value
- Self-sufficient ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solution architecture
- Strong expertise with prompt engineering and advanced LLM concepts such as chain-of-thought-reasoning, prompt chaining, RAG, custom-built agents, and when to apply each
- Expertise building and consuming API services in Python, using FastAPI or similar
- Experience with LLM frameworks such as langchain, autochain, haystack, griptape, llamaindex, openllm, copilotkit, OpenAI's Assistants API etc
- Proven experience with Cloud technologies on GCP or AWS (GCP preferred)
- Expertise with SOTA LLMs such as Gemini, PaLM, GPT-4, PaLM, Mistral, Llama 2, Claude 2 etc
- Experience evaluating performance of LLMs for different use cases
- Proven experience architecting performant microservices with serverless architecture
- Experience with embedding models and vector databases such as Pinecone
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and project leadership
